Because of the vivid imagery used the memoir portion of the book, I thought about including a photo section, but it never made it in. Here are some photos that go along with my personal story of grief. The first is a photo of the actual full moon eclipse from the night my mother died in 2004. The second shows the boathouse where she took her life. Can you imagine a more serene spot? The third is a photo she took of the sunrise 6 months before she died.
